Canon 60D DSLR
Back in my high school days, I tried my hand at photography. This was prior to digital cameras and well before smartphones had become everyone’s instant camera.
The photography experience I recall and the one our school teacher imparted on us, was one where darkrooms were the place you made your photo manipulations, and the smell of the chemicals was part of the package.
High school was a rather long time ago and I have only recently purchased my first DSLR (Digital Single-lens Reflex), now the world of photography is starting to open up to me again and I’m rediscovering aperture and ISO settings.
Well, you have to start somewhere, right! Here are some of my first attempts of playing around with the camera settings and seeing what I can capture.
